The lecturer taught us many skills and methods of customer development and maintenance through rich cases and easy-to-understand expressions. For example: how to quickly complete the customer background investigation using the 6 major methods, dig deep into the customer's concerns, and complete the most favorable customer demand analysis by "doing what you like"; how to use the MAN analysis model to show your own advantages, "teaching according to aptitude" is different customers who need to provide improvement programs and so on. This training has benefited us a lot, and we learned a lot from it.
